These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Scribe Rewards Club ("we", "us", "our") and participation in our promotional campaigns. By accessing our website, joining a membership, purchasing a package, or participating in any giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Promotional bonus entries are included with eligible memberships and packages. The number of entries may vary by active campaign terms. Entries are automatically allocated to active members and package customers in accordance with the applicable giveaway terms.
Entries are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable. Each promotion may have separate specific terms regarding entry allocation and eligibility.

Winners are selected using verified random selection methods. All draws are conducted live and can be witnessed by independent observers. The selection process is transparent and complies with all applicable Australian trade promotion laws.
Cash prizes are transferred directly to the winner's nominated bank account within 14 business days of winner verification. Physical prizes are delivered Australia-wide within 28 business days of winner verification. Winners are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim their prize within the specified timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, a redraw may be conducted. Redraw details will be announced publicly.
Participants must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in conduct that we deem inappropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scribe Rewards Club is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in our promotions, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
