Refund Policy

1. Membership Cancellations

Memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your membership benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for future billing periods
  • Refunds for the current billing period are not available unless required by Australian Consumer Law

2. Package Purchases

One-off packages are digital products/services that include promotional bonus entries. Due to the digital nature of these products:

  • Refunds are generally not available once a package has been purchased and promotional bonus entries have been allocated
  • If you believe you are entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law, please contact our support team
  • Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

3. Promotional Campaigns

Promotional bonus entries attached to memberships and packages are allocated in accordance with campaign terms. Once entries have been allocated to a giveaway, they cannot be refunded or transferred. Each promotion may have campaign-specific refund conditions outlined in the individual giveaway terms.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under Australian Consumer Law, we will comply with our legal obligations.

5. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.
